Kalee Warnick, 22, of the Deer Run section of the township, was arrested July 30 on charges of third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact, and second-degree having a sexual relationship with a minor she had care over, according to the complaint out of Wall. The incident was reported to police July 14, the complaint stated. According to Board of Education agenda documents Warnick had worked as a home instructor for the district in June. Charlie Webster, spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said the office could not release any information as to how police were made aware of the alleged sexual contact between the staff member and minor. “It’s an ongoing investigation. The complaint will have to speak for itself,” Webster said. Warnick was processed and released after posting $50,000 bail, pending an Aug. 6 court hearing.
